What is HRD Corp TTT Certification ?
As a HRD Corp Certified Trainer, your training is claimable to HRD Corp Registered employer. The quality of a training programme not only depends on the training facilities, it is also highly dependent on the quality of trainers conducting the training. The implementation of HRD Trainers’ Development Framework (HRD-TDF) will create a pool of competent and skilled training professionals. This will support the human capital development needs of the nation through better quality and more effective training delivery. The HRD Corp Certified Trainer status would only be applicable within HRD Corp training landscape that covers various schemes offered by HRD Corp.

This certificate course will enable you to become a competent corporate trainer to Design, Conduct and Assess training program based on the latest HRDTraining Development Framework.

Course Objectives
By participating in this course, you will be able to:
  • appreciate and demonstrate the characteristics of a competent trainer
  • describe and apply the training need analysis (TNA) process
  • apply adult learning principles in the design and development of a training program
  • organize & prepare for a training program using appropriate methods, aids and equipment
  • apply techniques that help capture the audience’s attention
  • appreciate and apply the elements which bring about the success of a competency-based training program
  • conduct evaluation for the learning outcomes

Kids Public Speaking by Johan Speaking Academy helps your child build their confidence, and bring out their leadership qualities. Throughout their lives, your child(ren)  will have to communicate, persuade and present to other people, both professionally and socially. We aim to encourage your child(en) to learn the many skills required for effective public speaking and presentations from a young age, and to make it fun.  Kids will grow up to be confident communicators who can make a difference to their environment by using the right words at the right times to get the right things done. All of our classes are conducted in small groups to ensure that they have our full attention.

The 10 week program is a  two hour, once a week session  which runs for 10 weeks, and ends on the eleventh week with a  presentation by the kids on a public stage .  Classes commence on 9th September and runs on every Saturday afternoon till 18th Nov.   There are two slots open for registration,.  First slot is Saturday,  1.30 pm – 3.30 pm,  and second slot is Saturday,  4 pm – 6pm.
Class is strictly for kids aged, 7 to 12 years old   only. For kids who are serious about building their self confidence,  and to learn the mechanics behind becoming a great speaker. This program has   real life experience factor built into the 10 weeks, as each kid will be a brand ambassador, as well as get an opportunity to speak on a public stage.  A variety of skills will be addressed  in the 10 weeks, including facial expressions, body language and gestures, voice and vocal variety, staging, pivoting, teamwork and speech organization.

We only take a small number of students per session to ensure quality. So hurry and register them NOW
